With nearly three decades of executive leadership experience, Dr. Alex has led complex organizations, strengthened executive teams, and guided leaders responsible for meaningful institutional impact. She is known for strategic clarity, disciplined thinking, and her ability to challenge powerful professionals to move beyond titles and build what lasts.
She is the Founder of IMPACT, Integrated Management and Performance for Alignment, Capacity, and Transformations, where purpose meets performance. Through IMPACT, she partners with executives and organizations to align vision, elevate leadership capacity, and drive sustainable transformation. She also founded HELP in Schools LLC, Highly Effective Leadership Practices, providing executive advisory and leadership development services. In addition, she leads Alex Business Solutions as a Mobile Notary and Signing Agent, serving clients with precision, professionalism, and integrity.
In what she calls her Rewirement season, Dr. Alex intentionally expanded her platform beyond a single sector to serve leaders across industries who carry significant responsibility and desire to lead with clarity and build what will outlive them.
